Gitz Food - Business Development Executive - HORECA - Hotel/Restaurant/Cafe (1-2 yrs)
Job Summary :
- Effectively generate sales from HORECA ( Hotel, Restaurants & Cafe ) + Canteens, Hospitals, Hostels, Caterers and Hospitality Companies.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Generate Sales from Horeca & Institution Clients.
- Appointing Distributors and Presentation to clients
- Negotiation and closing sales and generating sales orders
- Collection of dues Sales promotion
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
- Identification of new business / Customers Receiving feedback from the clients on a regular basis.
- Coordinating with the Clients on a regular basis and Conducting DEMOS / TRIAL of products.
- Ensuring client satisfaction through surveys / feedback
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
- Market Intelligence along with in-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines and Good with numbers
- Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales people
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Ensuring 100% adherence of the company policy and Handling the Customer as professional
