Job Summary :
Responsible for driving results by providing direction, support & guidance to the sales team in the areas of sales, revenue generation & cost control
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Responsible and accountable for supervising a team of Sales Representative
- Achieving Sales Target set each month by sales management team
- Generating business through distributors & Maintaining business relationship with them
- Developing a business plan
- Generating outlets and ensuring team to meet all sales target
- Keeping and tracking a record of Sales team for every month
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Go-getter with an enthusiastic approach towards the job
- Must have established relationships with key buyers
- Leadership qualities to build and manage a team
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Good communication skills
