GITS Food Products - Territory Manager/Area Sales Manager (6-8 yrs)
- Responsible for driving results by providing direction, support & guidance to the sales team in the areas of sales, revenue generation & cost control
- Generating sales revenue for assigned territory through Retail sales
- Responsible and accountable for channel development and supervising a team of Sales Supervisors
- Achieving sales target set each month by the management team
- Generating business through distributors & Maintaining business relationships with them
- Developing a business plan
- Keeping and tracking a record of the Sales team for every month through sales application
- Guiding and Mentoring team

- Should possess relevant experience of 6-8 years into food-fmcg.
- Must have established relationships with key buyers and Distributors
- Leadership qualities to build and manage a team
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Regional knowledge is must and should be a localite of Delhi
