GITAM - Social Media Specialist (3-5 yrs)
GITAM is looking for a Social Media Manager to promote brand GITAM and develop strong online communities across a variety of channels. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing creative marketing strategies from initial brief to final execution, handle all our social media pages, measuring results against performance benchmarks and increasing the visibility of our brand across our social platforms.
1) Work closely with the agency to ideate and roll out a monthly social media calendar
2) Support in creating marketing content to post on social media platforms (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)
3) Build and nurture social media platform-specific communities and audiences
4) Monitor information/queries/questions relating to GITAM from all social media channels and respond in alignment with the internal teams
5) Handle digital media crisis and ensure the upkeep of brand image
6) Daily monitoring and evaluation of social media results
7) Perform social media competitive analysis and identify gaps in social media strategy
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS :
- Experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B social media, content marketing, & social advertising
- Proficiency with enterprise social media administration tools
- Proven experience interpreting web metrics to gain actionable business intelligence
Preferred Work Experience : 3 - 5 years experience in social media marketing with demonstrated successes
