Roles & Responsibilities :
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join our team at GITAM University. The Brand Manager will be responsible for analyzing our brand positioning, developing effective brand strategies and executing campaigns to enhance our visibility in the market. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in marketing and brand management, and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Analyze GITAM's brand positioning and gather consumer insights to inform brand strategy
- Develop and communicate the vision and mission of GITAM University to the external world
- Translate brand elements into effective marketing plans and take-to-market strategies
- Help with the creative development of assets to motivate our target audience
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors & activities to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
- Devise innovative growth strategies that align with GITAM brand goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the company brand direction, choices and tactics are aligned
- Drive and manage brand campaigns and initiatives, ensuring that they are executed within budget and on time
- Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and report on the success of initiatives
- Ensure that all brand communications are consistent with GITAM's branding guidelines
Key Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Brand Manager or similar role
- Ability to develop and execute effective brand and marketing strategies
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Strong understanding of the entire marketing mix
- Ability to read and understand data and use it to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
Qualification - Any UG/PG in Journalism or Mass communications or related field
Experience - 3+ years of relevant work experience in Brand Manager.
