GIST Impact - Associate - Corporate Sales & Partnerships (3-8 yrs)
Role Description :
We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and passionate team mate to join GIST Impact while we transform ESG thinking into impact intelligence. The incoming Associate will work primarily on building the corporate business, supporting continuous product development with market intelligence and managing key client relationships.
Upon joining, the Associate will :
- Lead pipeline building and management for corporate services
- Support end-to-end sales enablement processes, including CRM management and client outreach
- Manage key client relationships, including business development and account management
- Prepare client ready materials (presentations/methodology snapshots/RFPs/proposals/excel sheets/primers/demos etc.) to support business development.
- Gather business intelligence and feed into continuous product development activities
- Support marketing and communication activities with market insights, new ideas, and content development.
- Be the 'voice of the customer' across every internal conversation and activity
After 6 months, the Associate will :
- Lead account management for converted deals
- Support product strategy analysis to ensure continuous improvement to meet client needs
- Nurture junior colleagues through collaboration and on-the-job support
- Identify new business opportunities and establish own network of clients
- Present our offering in a manner that demonstrates a deep understanding of clients' needs and workflow and show how GIST Impact adds value.
- Gather market intelligence and contribute to a feedback loop with the wider team to ensure continuous enhancement of GIST Impact's offering.

An ideal candidate will have :
- Minimum 3 years work experience
- Education/training/prior work experience in ESG, sustainability or impact valuation
- Ability to own tasks end to end and move quickly in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of international reporting frameworks and regulations such as GRI, CSRD, CSDDD, IFRS, CDP etc.
- A thorough understanding of GIST Impact via our website
- Ability to create detailed ESG roadmap and implementation strategies
- Excellent domain awareness in climate change, sustainable policy, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), etc.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English. Proficient in writing sector reports, articles, and business insights.
- Demonstrated ability to design logic structures for complex problems
- Creativity and strategic thinking to deliver insightful micro-analysis, as well as big-picture reporting & strategy.
A preferred candidate will have :
- Prior experience in consulting and/or data and software industries
- Orientation towards product market fit
- Professional sustainability certifications (SCR, LCACP, FSA, etc.)
- Awareness about European market trends in ESG and impact valuation
