Ginger Webs - Specialist - Search Engine Optimization/Search Engine Marketing (3-10 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Create, communicate and execute an effective strategy that will significantly increase SEO/ASO rankings and organic search traffic.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders like performance marketing, digital product and tech to ensure that there is consistency in the brand language.
- Lead marketing initiatives around the brand's blog and YouTube channels to create a strong brand voice and community.
- Analyse content marketing metrics and refine content strategy to achieve business objectives
- Strategist and Create paid campaigns on Google Ad Words, search, re-marketing and display ads.
- Effectively use Google Analytics and optimize the campaigns and improve the conversion rate.
- Add tracking parameters according to campaign goals and generate performance reports of each ad campaign created on different channels on a dashboard and then optimize the spend and performance.
- Auditing and analyzing: identify issues, find the root cause, and experiment with solutions at scale to improve SEO performance.
- Create proper reporting structure
Requirements:
- Plan and execute Search Engine Optimization initiatives including On-Page Optimization and SEO audits, Quality Link Acquisition Skills, Google-friendly natural Off-Page Optimization, AppStore SEO (ASO), Video SEO, Keyword Research, Content Writing Strategy, Local SEO, and other SEO initiatives to meet target digital marketing goals, increase Organic Search Traffic and SERP ranking dominance.
- Formulate new avenues to drive traffic growth in conjunction with Product, Engineering, Search & Social Marketing, PR team across the Company
- Familiarity with core performance marketing platforms and marketing analytics tools related to SEO
- Self-starter who can work of his own based on the new things to be launched or figure out the issue & fix those issues if any on priority
- Proven track record with SEO testing to increase impressions, traffic and conversion rates
- Managed large sites with significant organic search traffic
- Preferred candidate BE / BTech (Comp/IT) & had worked in the product-based organisation
- Excellent team management, planning, analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to encourage and motivate own team and other stakeholders into working towards a unified vision and objective.
