Position Overview :
- As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives focused on large corporate strategic accounts. We are seeking a professional with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions. Candidates with prior experience in HR Tech sales are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for large corporate accounts to achieve business objectives.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Apply a solution-oriented approach to address client needs and challenges effectively.
- Utilize sales competencies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and account retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track sales activities.
Qualifications :
- 6+ years' experience in B2B sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, particularly in large corporate strategic accounts with Year on Year sales growth.
- Demonstrated success in HR Tech sales is highly preferred.
- Strong solution-oriented mindset with a consultative sales approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations.
- Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
