Job Responsibilities :
- High levels of customer service experience which will ensure repeat business from our customer base.
- Independently handle the entire Account.
- Take prospects from initial contact phase to qualified phase over the phone.
- Present product solutions virtually or physically.
- Generate revenue by prospect renewal and converting them to sales.
- Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals.
- Respond quickly to assigned accounts.
- Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
- Use and become an expert on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Willing to maintain customer satisfaction Score and Customer retention.
- Willing to provide first contact resolution.
Requirements :
- Prior experience in B2B sales desired.
- Fluency in oral and written English Good command of other languages would be an advantage.
- Demonstrate ability to maintain high level of enthusiasm and motivation.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (Sales & marketing).
- 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Tele-Sales / Educational Sales.
- Candidates should have knowledge in the Education sector.
- Good negotiation and pitching skills required.
- Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up.
- Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mind-set.
- Customer focus with a good convincing ability and confident personality.
