Gilda 360 - Executive/Manager - Business Operations - Marketing/Business Development/Customer Service (0-2 yrs)
Gilda Enterprises (www.gildaenterprise.com) is hiring a Business Operations Executive / Manager to support its Gilda 360 (www.gilda360.com) business which is a global expert marketplace focused on funding and growth needs of startups and corporates. Along with Gilda 360, Gilda Enterprises group comprises of Gilda Venture Capital (www.gildaventures.com) and a Syndicate-Angel network platform (www.gilda.vc) that enables access to institutional and retail funding for startups. Our founding team consists of serial entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and corporate leaders.
We are currently looking for an individual to support managing business operations (includes marketing, business development, operations, partnerships, customer service) for Gilda 360 (www.gilda360.com), someone who is comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders, who enjoys dealing with chaos and happy to put in the shift to don multiple hats and has strong understanding of the startup environment.
The candidate is expected to perform the following tasks:
1. Partner with coworking spaces, accelerators, venture capitalists, Govt officials
2. Engage with vendors, platform users and prospects
3. Solve customer problems through email and chat
4. Perform secondary market research, outreach and analysis
5. Manage social media marketing
6. Staying up to date with the latest trends and news regarding startups, investment and Govt.
7. Attend various startup and industry events.
8. Ideate, operationalize and manage events.
9. Other duties as assigned
