Role : Telemarketing Professional
- Manage a high number of Incoming and Outgoing calls.
- Resolve Complaints, Provide Solutions and follow up with Customers.
- Prepare Reports and dispatch Emails based on the discussions conducted during Tele-calling.
- Set up Appointments with potential Partners and Clients.
- Maintain a Record of prospective leads and engage with those customers through follow-up Sales Presentations.
SHIFT : US TIMING 8am to 5pm (IST: 5.30pm to 2.30am)
