GIGABIT Technologies - Sales Coordinator (1-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Communicating relevant information.
- Prepare and send information to prospective customers via chat and email.
- Lead generation through Cold Calling, Email Marketing, and Database Building.
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- The candidate has to respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support where Requested.
- Handling sales inquiries and follow-ups on the same.
- The candidate will be generation lead/ sending quotes and follow-up leads.
- Coordinate prices from vendors and ensure delivery.
- Sales Experience in IT Hardware /Software & LAN /WAN is must.
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing documents and communicating relevant information.
- Prepare and send information to prospective customers via chat and email.
- Provide all necessary data to senior management upon request.
Skill Set:
- Good communication skill (articulation using verbal & non-verbal skills, clarity of thought)
- Basic Computer Knowledge - Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Google Suite
- Ability to learn and remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to learn pretty much anything quickly
- Capable of working independently
- A hunger to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred if additional experience of Sales:
- Sales experience in IT Hardware Product (Backup Solution of DLP (Data Loss Protection)/Storage Backup/ End Point Security, Antivirus / Firewall /Servers/Networking /Clouds &many mores) selling.
- Advantage in-place marketing and sales automation platform and tools be more productive and purposeful in approach.
- Do the necessary research on prospect companies, contacts as much context as necessary to have a targeted conversation.
- Coordination of end-to-end Sales process from lead generation, lead qualification, proposal submission.
