Giftery is a funded early-stage startup based in New Delhi. Our mission is to create an exclusive gifting concierge service for the Indian Elite. We are achieving this by creating a seamless ecosystem, with unique and classy products and experiences, enabled by world-class technology. We are setting up our team and looking for dynamic and motivated client relationship managers who can take this company from launch to success.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinating with our HNI clients via phone and whatsapp

- Building relationships with these clients to ensure they keep buying products from us

- Managing client orders via our admin panel

- Sourcing special products requested by clients

Qualifications

We are looking for resourceful and patient client relationship managers with impeccable diction and boundless sincerity. The ideal candidate will have a passion for giving people joy on their special days and thrive in high-pressure environments. No work experience required but you must be adept at:

- English fluency and excellent communication skills

- Being calm and polite in high pressure situations

- Navigating web platforms

Compensation

Compensation will be competitive, commensurate with your experience, and include a cash component and performance based incentives (including stock options). We are looking for someone with an ownership interest and mentality.
