Job Title : Sr. Executive - Digital Campaign Specialist

Department : Digital Marketing


 Reports to : Manager Digital Marketing

Location : BKC, Mumbai

Salary : Upto 6L (Depends on experience, last drawn & interview feedback)

Experience : 2 to 4 years

Job Role : A digital campaign specialist is in charge of creating marketing campaigns that promote our brand. Responsible for the company's online marketing strategy, execution, and optimization. work on integrating digital assets, increasing brand awareness, collaborating on marketing campaigns, and overseeing digital activation projects

- Knowledge on all the current know-hows of social media

- Responsible in the planning, execution and optimization of company's online marketing

- Responsible for Research, Market Research, Competitor Research & Analysis, Social Media Optimization

- Execution of Social Media Marketing efforts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & other social media tools)

- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and social media

- Set solid action plan for social media marketing

- Quickly learn and implement the same for the brands

- Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts & designs, visualize concepts, translate thought to design and video to publish them on a variety of channels like digital and print media

- Able to come up with innovative ideas appropriate to requirements for the right target audience

- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule

- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines

- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions

- Perform retouching and manipulation of images

- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

- Strong project management and communications skills

- Strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines

- Create concepts that achieve business objectives and effectively tell a story

- You have the ability to interact, communicate and present ideas

- Search engine optimization on-page and off-page activities.

- Minimum Graduate in(any stream), Specialization in Digital marketing Preferred

- 2-4 years of experience in digital Campaign

Skills :

- Excellent Communication Skills - both oral and written

- Good understanding of social media KPIs

- Social media management

- Photography Videography

- Resourceful, proactive, and independent

- Planning & Organizing

- Meticulous & attention to details

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams in both leadership and member roles in a collaborative management style
