Job Roles and Responsibilities :
- Take ownership of customer issues
- Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Supporting the customer through an email ticketing system and phone calls.
- Providing detailed information to customers.
- Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.
- Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
