A Business Development Manager is the linchpin of LeadRat as you will be at the forefront of business. We are looking for an aggressive and energetic individual who understands business development to the core. Someone who understands the gravity of the role.

- Good working knowledge about real estate brokers and their business responsibilities
- Build network of real estate brokers & builders of an allocated area and develop partnerships with them
- Ensure a continuous flow of customer database and leads through the help of your channel partners
- Ensuring quality leads and account management of existing channel partners
- Maintaining the brand image of the company by appropriate code of conduct
- Responsible for generating net sales and new revenue, within existing relationships and new clients, by leveraging the broad suite of product offerings to our relevant customer segments.
- Development and implementation of Major Account / Sales strategy with identification of opportunities and winning opportunities with an eye on increasing market share and maximizing customer retention.
- Provide feedback and market requirements to strategic business units to drive product innovation and improve market competitiveness.
- Overall responsibility for Sales/Account Management/Sales targets to maximize revenue and meet corporate objectives.
- Develop strategies and tactics to maximize growth opportunities and continually strengthen market share and revenue achievement.
- Develop and maintain market intelligence and an understanding of market trends and client business needs.

- Ability to confidently build a strong rapport with customers and internal stakeholders,
- Comfortable in interacting with and presenting to executives and senior leadership.
