- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Analyzing customers behavior and providing analytics to the Sales Team for a successful conversion.
- Ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional capabilities and possible upgrades.
- Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of Hindi, English languages. Knowledge of Telugu is a plus.
- Must be good with computers and numbers for analysis.
