Chief Sales & Marketing Officer

When you join the GharOffice team, you will be at the heart of its critical mission as you'll be holding up with the Chief position of two fascinating domains. You- ll be the chief of both the nMarketing and Sales department who will take up the sincere individuality and lead the team to build a strong sales and marketing strategies world by applying knowledge, skills, and experience to uplift our software. To achieve the highest mission of aligning and optimizing the entire new customer acquisition and conversions experience with the aim of increasing revenue and breaking the targets.

Responsibilities as CSO :

- Reports on progress toward revenue targets and leads the revenue forecasting activity.

- Manages the organization's sales strategy aimed at generating better revenue.

- Plans and implements sales strategies to acquire customers.

- Apart from hiring and approving organizational decisions, the CSO oversees the sales team personnel.

- Organizes their sales team to work more efficiently by implementing sales enablement strategies.

- Hone the existing and hire top sales talent.

- Coordination across the leadership team will be fostered by working cross functionally.

- The customer should be the top priority, and the Chief Sales Officer should ensure that the customer relationship management is at its best.

- Should have led sales teams using a customer-centric approach.

- Will need to be adaptable and comfortable as the company grows and expands.

- During these changes, they need to guide the teams and encourage their best performance

- Listening to customer woes and handling various other challenges, a CSO must effectively bring solutions to the table. Apart from that, with their competent business acumen, they are expected to showcase an exceptionally professional side of theirs.

- For bringing up an outstanding sales team, the CSO will need to foster and retain top talent by providing exceptional coaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities as CMO :

- Listening- to the trends of the market and directing the market research efforts of the company

- Liaising with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution etc. that meets market demands

- Set marketing goals and objectives

- Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy

- Contribute to the overall growth of the company

- Review and manage content marketing strategy

- Determine KPIs for the marketing department

- Keep the marketing budget in check

- Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports

- Work with sales and development and customer success teams

- Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy

- Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions

- Analyse company's marketing strategy and suggest improvements

- Stay up to date with the latest technology

- Stay up to date with the latest best practices

- Attend marketing conferences and educational programs

- Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns

Skills/Abilities/Knowledge :

- 5 plus years relevant experience.

- Master's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Advertising, or related fields.

- A significant and proven working experience in an intense, fast-paced, and target oriented business environment is necessary.

- Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, etc.

- Strong communication skills are necessary as the Chief Sales & Marketing officer will give clear and concise directions to the sales & marketing department.

- Analytical skills and an eye for detail are a must.

- Awareness of all the latest, high-end technology must ensure that the company doesn- t lag behind the competition.

- Should have people skills such as a knack for leadership and motivational skills
