Job Summary:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Sales to support our sales department in achieving sales targets and objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the sales team, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives.

- Manage, motivate, and lead a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide coaching, training, and development as needed.

- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective sales strategies and seamless operations.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for the sales department.

- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.

- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within the industry.

- Proven working experience of at least 5 years in safety products, Fire Safety or Data centre companies.

- Proven track record of 7 to 8 years in sales, preferably in the field of industrial safety products.

Required Skills and Capabilities:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Location: Lodha Supremus, Kolshet Road, Thane

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
