Experience in selling SAAS Solutions for CRM/ERP, Field Force Automation, DMS etc. for domestic B2B market.
- 2-7 yrs of experience in sales & business development
- Compensation best in the industry (along with attractive incentive plan).
- Incentives & Bonus directly linked to every sales call closed.
- Candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A go-getter and should have the ability to work independently, able to built network and generate business.
- Personable, communicative and someone who can build a rapport with all levels of an organisation.
- Creative, passionate about being a part of early-stage company and eager to grow with the company.
Primary responsibilities :
- Visit prospects to evaluate needs or to promote company's services
- Recognize the needs of the prospects and map with the services provided by the company
- Advises prospects on technical matters and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Solicit information about the prospect's needs
- Construct sales pitches and presentations.
- Demonstrate company's capabilities before a sale.
- Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements
- Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software requirements of the customer.
- Must be able to set and achieve targets.
