ABOUT THE JOB :
- Get Me Rank (GMR) is seeking a results-driven - hunter- to join our lead generation team. As a member of our team you will explain the company's services in such a way that will lead your contact to consider further discussion. This will be done through telephone calls, emails, Direct mail, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other available resources. Our ideal candidate will build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up in order to assist our Sales Experts move opportunities to a sales ready opportunity. This position will also assist the Sales & Marketing Team in implementing goals and strategies
- You will : Generate leads of business owners that wants rapid revenue growth from digital marketing (Paid ads Google, Facebook & Native).
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Perform outbound prospecting sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-ups, and opportunity qualifications via telephone, email, direct mail, LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram.
- Set up server, software, and configurations for creating a massive email send daily
- The Automation : set the cold email system up to run by itself everyday, sending a 4000 - 5000 emails per day.
- Keeping it Organized : set up a CRM like close.com or something similar to control and monitor the responses so that the sales team can get to work on them.
- Writing personalized text snippets of 2-5 lines to include in messages by researching decision-makers on LinkedIn and Twitter, company website profiles etc.
- Creating personalized images using Hyperise.io
- Optional as not everyone is comfortable talking on camera: Taking research and recording personalized outreach messages (be happy to record yourself using Loom.com) and able to speak clearly on camera.
- Thoroughly checking through the lead lists using google sheets and excel to ensure the data is relevant and accurate (time-consuming but essential for a great campaign)
- Sending messages, posting content, commenting on content.
- Using Lempod a pod-based browser extension to boost Linkedin posts comments.
- Happy to work in UK/European time zone to respond to messages.
- Request appointments or conference calls for the Sales Expert with prospective clients.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
- Minimum of 2 years B2B inside sales and/or lead generation experience, with emphasis on cold email outreach, outbound calling, direct mail, Facebook, and Instagram outreach.
- Proven ability to handle a large volume of prospecting calls, emails, and follow-up.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- CRM experience.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Possess a strong desire to succeed - be tenacious, persistent, and goal-oriented.
- Knowledge of accounting concepts and terminology is essential.
- Experience as a LinkedIn sales navigator is a must.
