As an SEO specialist, you would be responsible for developing and executing actionable strategies to increase visibility in organic search results for our clients and for our internal projects.

- Enhance Search (SEO & Onsite) performance and drives quality and relevant traffic & engagement

- Build and maintain link-building strategies and campaigns

- Establish and report on search & conversion metrics, and track against company goals

- Devising, Developing and refining an SEO experimentation framework. Running A/B tests to understand which SEO strategies and tactics are most effective at impacting business goals

- Understanding of Google My Business, Analytics, Tag Manage, Search Console, and Data Studio (Google certifications are a plus)

- Serves as Search/SEO liaison between product groups, marketing, and IT team

- Work cross-functionally with other content-producing teams to categorize and prioritize content for best search experience

- Tactical SEO work such as optimization of existing content, improving site architecture, monitoring competitors, and keyword research

- Managing multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining deadlines

- Assisting with developing quality assurance processes, documentation, and testing where needed

BASIC QUALIFICATION : 

- 3-5 years of experience managing SEO program in a digital marketing agency setup

- Demonstrated ability to share the importance of SEO across the business and communicate the impact that technical structure, design, content, navigation, performance and function have on SEO

- Proven experience building, leading, and executing upon an SEO roadmap

- Proven analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, prepare and interpret reports, and communicate actionable results, findings, and recommendations to various levels of the organization

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE : 

- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and other front-end site mark-up (website development experience is a plus)

- Demonstrated understanding of SEO tools and platforms (e.g. Search metrics, Bright Edge, Conductor, Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, Majestic or Open Site Explorer, Google Webmaster Tools, Screaming Frog, Deep Crawl, Majestic SEO, Ahrefs, etc.)

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills
