Job Description :
As Lead for Online Marketing, Revenue & Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving subscriptions of the digital platform & enrolments for various language art programs through parents and other partnerships to achieve revenue targets and to scale the platform geographically. Key performance areas would be as follows:
- Customer acquisitions by driving sales and forging strong relationships with parents, third-party partners, distributors, and other customers.
- Student enrolments via brand partnerships and various other channels (digital & offline)
- Manage sales targets, train sales team, track daily sales and conversions, handle parent queries.
- Marketing initiatives
- Enable Sustainable financial growth
- Contribute towards growth strategy of the company while working closely with CEO
- Ownership of Business Analytics and Dashboards
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Key Skills :

- Proven track record in business development with excellent people skills, and ability to deliver results while managing customer requirements promptly
Compensation: Fixed Salary + short term and long term incentives based on performance
