Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ability to translate client's expectations to the creative team, and collaborating with the team to deliver projects.
- Inspire the Creative Team to work on every creative projects with the help of well-written briefs.
- Follows up with Creative Team (Client Groups), and Foolish works effectively, through the project, to ensure deadlines committed are met.
- Building the Annual Campaign Calendar for the account(s) handled with senior support, and delivering the same independently through the year.
- QC Creatives & Other Deliverable (Emails, PPT, etc) going to the client, and ensured no errors happen through the year.
- Being organised on behalf of the creative team & the Client (Prioritizing, Resource Planning, Following up, Creating Urgency where required, setting clear deliverable, having all information available with respect to the project, etc.)
- Managing the client effectively (Prioritizing, Expectation setting in terms of deadlines, etc.)
- Billing & Collection: Timely raising of invoices & Collection of payments.
- Expense Management: Keeping track of client expenses, and getting reimbursements timely.
- Delivery reports on the projects running/completed for the account(s) handled by self & the creative team, with no followup.
- Assisting in market research, and being immersive in the category/industry of the Account(s) handled.
- Having strong client relationships to be completely aware of the internal happenings of the account, at the client side.
- Work with the Account Director, and Strategy Director, to create and pitch at least 4 proactive briefs per quarter per account to the client, and aim for the same to be executed.
