APAC Field Marketing Manager/Senior Manager
What will you do :
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for Demand Generation, Field Marketing, B2B & Account based marketing.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute field marketing programs in China and other APAC markets (Singapore, Indonesia, etc)
- Coordinate the activities of global cross-functional teams for local impact
- Work comfortably and cohesively with the globally distributed sales and biz dev team
- Create strong local relationships with regional partners, professional associations and trade groups
- Manage multiple activities, obligations and projects with ease
- Develop a thorough understanding of our business lines, customers and value proposition, communicate them clearly and effectively
- Bring local and regional insights to the global marketing team and optimize global initiatives to local and regional conditions and audiences
What will you bring :
- BA/BS degree from a top-ranked university or college. Degrees in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, MBAs all a plus. Or, impress us with a combination of education and related experience.
- 10+ years of field marketing experience in any of the following arenas B2B software or technology products, specialized business or professional services (including management consulting, IT services, BPO services)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in process, campaign and program management
- Experience working with cross-functional and cross-regional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- Must have creative problem-solving skills, analytical skills, high energy and unflagging determination
- Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of the organization
- Excellent oral, writing and editing skills are always in demand
