GEP - Lead - Inside Sales (5-7 yrs)
Experience: - 5-7 Years (Min 3-4 yrs experience in B2B Technology Sales/BD environment)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will report to Director - Business Development and will be Team Lead depending upon the relevance and no. of years of experience.
- He/ She will work closely with the Director and the assigned Sales Head to achieve the sales revenue targets in the assigned territories.
- He/ She will be responsible to collaborate with sales team and help building sales strategy for the assigned region.
- He/ She must be able to define and manage the business development process that is scalable.
- Team Lead is required to mentor and coach associate/sr. associates to ensure that new business opportunities are added as per targets in Sales Funnel on a monthly basis.
- Will be responsible to take active participation in all Recruitment events for the team.
- Would be responsible to ensure that the team is duly certified and has updated knowledge of product features/limitations and service offerings.
- Will be responsible to define the KPI & KRA's of the team members and to track and report the key performance indicators of the team on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.
- Should have experience in managing a team of 3-5 members.
- Will be responsible to generate opportunities and achieve team and individual targets on monthly/quarterly basis.
- Would be responsible for collaborating effectively with the marketing & onsite sales team regularly to help plan, strategize & conceptualize marketing/solicitation campaigns as per territory requirements
Required Profile:
- Graduation is compulsory (MBA Preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS office tools and CRM (e.g. Salesforce, MS Dynamics, BCM)
- Willing to work in shifts - Weekdays Only
- Based out of or around Mumbai
