GenWise is India's 1st digital companion bringing love, technology, and respect to our parents & loved elders. It helps - Generation Wise- (read: our elders) become tech-savvy and independent. It is a user-friendly platform which helps them in completing daily tasks by acting like a companion as well as a self-learning platform. Additionally, GenWise also keeps families more connected.

We are focusing on 6 needs of elders i.e, connection, wellness, spiritual & faith, enjoyment, finance and learning/seeking help. There is a rapid growth in the population of Elders (51-75 years) in India, accounting for 250 million people as of today. Thus, catering to their needs becomes a huge priority in this dynamic environment. However, current technology companies do not build for this segment at all. With GenWise, we're changing this and making a digital 1st companion for elders.

Responsibilities:

1. SEO : Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve website visibility, increase organic traffic, and enhance search engine rankings.

2. Performance Marketing : Develop and implement performance marketing strategies, including paid search, display advertising to drive traffic.

3. Social Media Management : Manage and optimize our social media channels, including creating and scheduling engaging content, monitoring social media performance, and engaging with followers to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow our social media following.

4. Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, content marketing, and influencer partnerships, to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer retention.

Requirements :

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in performance marketing, social media management, and SEO.

2. Strong understanding of performance marketing channels, social media platforms, and SEO best practices.

3. Proficient in using marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and measure marketing performance.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
