Job Title : Team Member - Marketing and Sales

Role :

- The Team Member in sales plays an integral role in making crucial sales connections required for the achievement of the company's sales goals, sets up sales meetings and executes sales by securing projects according to the company's requirements.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Connects with clients in USA

- Communicates and secures Title Search projects from potential clients

- Executes final contracts for project acquisition

- Meets sales goals set forth by the company.

Eligibility Criteria :

Ideal candidates for either position will have :

- 3 years of sales or project experience in title or tax processing (flexible requirement, decisions will be made on overall work experience, professionalism & education level)

- Strong communication skills - email, phone & sending online fax to secure information. Making phone calls to US using online phone applications

- Thorough knowledge of Title Search process and sales acquisition process including contractual agreement with clients.

- Ability to drive positive sales growth.

- Ability to secure database for creating sales success.

- Ability to use Online phone apps for cold calls and project acquisition.

- Investigative / research skills

- Verbal and written communication skills

- Professional, ethical & results-oriented attitude

- Knowledge and experience with applicable technology tools including but not limited to the Microsoft Office suite.

- Maintaining and Creating an output file with list of clients or calls executed during the day.

- Compile monthly reports by compiling weekly and daily reports.

Qualification :

- Bachelor degree preferred

Salary :

- 700,000 to 840,000 per annum

- Incentives and Bonus based on performance is also provided
