Interview Time : 10am-3pm
Work Location: Uppal/Hi-Tech city/Pocharam
Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts
Profile- Customer Service/Technical Support/Phone support
Experience: Any experienced & Freshers can also apply
Qualification: Any graduate (No Diploma)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations
2. Provide phone support to troubleshoot and resolve issues experienced with the Accounts and other technical issues.
4. Resolve customer issues and escalate product bugs
5. Provide excellent customer service to our customers
6. Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement
NOTE :
1. Candidates with Excellent communications skills can walkin
2. Freshers can also apply with excellent communication.
3. International calling experience would be an added advantage
