GENIX - Executive - Telecalling/Customer Support (0-3 yrs)
- Contacting the students for career guidance and admission assistance
- Should be confident, Energetic and Dedicated in assigned work
- Excellent Communication skills
- Committed and should be a performer
- Updating the status of the leads assigned immediately
- A graduate in any stream is preferred
- Should be Professional and Ethical
- Active participation in converting the negative leads into potential ones
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a telecaller is preferable
- Excellent fluency in English and Hindi are mandatory, knowing other languages are an added advantage
