Genius Group - Executive - Telesales (1-2 yrs)
- Fluency in English (preferred)
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company services and products.
- Timely and accurately recording details of customer incoming call under different categories namely enquiries, status calls, complaints and others.
- Processing and converting all customer outbound calls including prospect calls and incoming enquiry calls to business in a timely and orderly pattern all the time.
- Ensure near to Zero waiting time to all incoming calls.
- Ensure near to Zero complaints both on inbound calls and outbound calls; both customers as well as in house.
- Generating substantial promising sales leads for the outside sales team to pursue on them further.
- Ongoing engagement of all customers as well as new prospects by consistently rendering excellent service Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
- Any other lawful jobs and responsibilities those are assigned to by any Authorized representative of the Company.
- Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time by any authorized assigned company personnel.
