Genie Bazaar - Executive - Inside Sales (0-4 yrs)
- Genie Bazaar is a leading tech-enabled office management platform and is looking for strong candidates who can further grow our company.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business' decisions makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them.

Responsibilities :
Prospecting and lead generation : Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and other strategies to build a pipeline of sales opportunities.
Engaging with customers : Communicate with prospects via phone calls, emails, or online chats to understand their needs, educate them about the product or service, and present relevant solutions to meet their requirements.
Conducting product demonstrations : Conduct virtual or in-person product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of the product or service to potential customers.
Negotiating and closing sales : Collaborate with prospects to address any objections or concerns, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals.
Relationship building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
CRM management : Utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, update customer information, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Sales reporting and analysis : Generate regular reports on sales activities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze data to identify trends, measure progress, and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Very strong communication skills (Excellent English a must)
- 2+ years' experience
Sales skills : Strong persuasive communication skills, active listening, and the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
Product knowledge : A solid understanding of the company's products or services, features, and benefits to effectively address customer needs and concerns.
Customer-oriented mindset : A focus on providing excellent customer service, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Self-motivation and resilience : Ability to work independently, meet targets, handle rejection, and persist in a challenging sales environment.
Technical proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software, online meeting platforms, and other sales tools.
Organizational and time management skills : Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Collaboration : Willingness to collaborate with other team members, such as marketing, customer support, and product development, to achieve sales goals.
