Genext Students - Inside Sales Role (1-2 yrs)
Job Description :
Role & Responsibilities :
- Ensure that the daily targets on input matrix like talk time, dial outs and connects are overachieved
- Own end to the end sales cycle- preferrable (from reach to conversion)
- Get leads as per the clients requirements
- Follow up calls on the cases wherein scheduled demo was not completed.
- Ensuring that the leads are properly utilised and moved to various stages in CRM within TAT
- Work effectively with other team members and throughout the organization
- Take initiatives and additional responsibilities to drive growth
- Be a self-starter and pro-active; identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting daily, weekly plan and funnel to the manager.
- Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.
- Be responsible for mentoring peers, defining our culture, and helping to build a fast- growing team.
- Taking up revenue responsibility.
- Be updated with the competition updates in the assigned market.
Experience :
- Excellent Communication in English
Essential : 1 of experience in inside sales
Preferred :
- Start-up experience SaaS/EdTech
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualification :
Essential : Graduate
Industry : E-learning
Experience : 1 to 2 years
