General Manger - Sales - Logistics (14-18 yrs)
One of the leading Logistics company is looking for a General Manger - Sales.
Role Description :
- Achieve sales and profitability goals as established by the Head of Sales and Business Development.
- Provide regular activity and sales reports to the head of Sales and Business Development.
- Secure new sales, increases profit margins and drives higher levels of customer satisfaction through regular contact with existing accounts.
- Meet and exceed overall sales revenue and profitability per goals set forth by management
- Negotiate with clients and prepare / manage rate quotations, proposals and other sales materials.
Key Accountabilities :
- Data base generation of prospective clients
- Sales organization planning and development
- Conceiving and implementing short/ long term business plans
- Expanding the existing client base
- Identifying and developing potential clients
- Tapping profitable business opportunities
- Receivable Management

- Outstanding professional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
