General Manager/Travel Head - Insurance (5-7 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing the travel Vertical is required.
- Connect in the travel industry to increase partner/business tie-ups.
- Defining the revenue/sales target for the travel vertical through different channels like Digital, Broking, bancassurance & Agent as well as monitoring their progress.
- Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets.
- Working very closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategy/plans, and R&Rs for exponential growth.
- Excellent project management capability (working with cross-functional team IT, U/W, Ops, etc).
- Strong Analytical Skills & Data Driven thinking.
- Extremely good communication, and relationship management skills.
- Good team management skills.
- Work towards creating a customer engagement calendar for the year by identifying & creating more touchpoints.
- Analyze the impact of customer engagement activities on business.
Measures of success :
- GWP from the travel business.
- No. of new projects undertaken.
- Successful execution of the projects with results.
- Cross-functional & cross-sales opportunities within the channel.
- Wallet share with the partner.
- SOR Management.
Key Requirements :
- MBA in Sales & Marketing.
- Has a track record for executing revenue-generating business.
- 5-7 Years of total work experience.
- 3-4 years of experience in leading and managing Digital Partnerships/working as lead consultant for insurance projects.
- Has a track record for executing revenue-generating partnerships with Fintech Companies/consultants/brokers.
