General Manager - Sales - Wealth Tech (8-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the launch of new financial instruments, expanding the app's portfolio with mutual funds, insurance, and other financial products.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase assets under management (AUM), while ensuring scalability in terms of user base and repeat usage.
- Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, engineering) to ensure seamless execution and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with mutual fund houses, insurance providers, and other relevant financial entities.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as time-to-market, revenue growth, AUM, user acquisition, and repeat rates, ensuring business objectives are met.
- Efficient and timely introduction of new products.
- Increasing topline through expanded offerings and market reach.
- Growth in total assets managed through the app.
- User Acquisition & Retention: Growth in user base and improvement in user retention and engagement.
- Repeat Usage: Increase in repeat transaction rates, indicating sustained user activity.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 institution (MBA preferred)
- 8-10 years of experience in business development, product management, or a related field within the financial technology sector.
