General Manager - Sales - Warehouse Automation Firm (7-10 yrs)

Our client is into Warehouse Automation. They are looking for General Manager Sales for their Mumbai/ Delhi office.
Key Job Responsibility :
1) Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
2) Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
3) Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
4) Develop and implement effective sales strategies
5) Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
6) Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
7) Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
8) Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
9) Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
10) Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
11) Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients- needs
12) Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
13) Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Qualification : Engineering graduation is must - MBA Sales/Marketing preferred
Competency Required :
1) Knowledge /Experience in industrial automation/ conveyor automation/ warehouse automation products
- Should be from warehouse automation/industrial automation/conveyor automation or similar Industry
2) Flair for travelling extensively
3) Learning Attitude for Technical details/Soft Skills
4) Sensitivity/consciousness for target achievements
