Job Description :
- Overseeing daily business operations.
- Developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Training low-level managers and staff.
- Hiring employees.
- Evaluating performance and productivity.
- Analyzing accounting and financial data.
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
- Generating reports and giving presentations
- Evaluate employees and identify weaknesses
- Identify training needs according to needs
- Based on research, plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths
- Recruit trainers
- Make other trainers' schedules
- Encourage employees for training
- Oversee employee attendance and performance
- Track employee success and progress
- Implement training KPIs
- Prepare and present reports on training program KIPs
Skills Required :
- Should be working in Training department in BPO industry.
- Should have atleast 7 - 10 years of relevant experience.
- Should be working either as Senior Manager or AGM in Training department.
- Should know the KPIs & KRAs of Trainers.
- Should be well versed with the functions tasks of trainer in BPO.
- Would prefer candidates from International BPO
