About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented General Manager - Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in insurance broking (employee benefits products preferred), and thrives in a hunting and outbound prospecting environment. You should be adept at managing the entire sales pipeline, keeping CRM updated, and presenting to senior executives and CXOs.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage with prospective clients through outbound prospecting and cold calling.

- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions using the company's value proposition.

- Present the company's employee benefits solutions to senior executives, including Founders, CHROs, and CFOs.

- Provide continuous feedback to the product team to improve offerings.

- Independently manage and forecast your sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress and reporting.

- Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to improve lead quality and sales outcomes.

- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets consistently.

- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and communication throughout the sales process.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 3 years of B2B direct sales experience, preferably in the insurance broking industry (Employee Benefits products highly preferred).

- Experience in hunting, outbound prospecting, and new client acquisition.

- Proven ability to sell to senior executives, including Founders, CHROs, and CFOs.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.

- Highly disciplined in maintaining CRM tools and tracking sales activities.

- Consistent achievement of sales targets and quotas.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
