- Responsible for all sales & marketing activities (Direct Sales & Channel Sales for Promoting Various Projects)
- Proposed advertising & promotion plans with commensurate sales targets.
- Formulating weekly/monthly sales activity plan & implementing comprehensive sales strategy.
- Monitored & analyzed market trends to contribute effectively to the overall business strategy.
- Responsible for recruiting, imparting training and motivating the sales staff.
- Identify major Events in the Territory to increase the Brand Visibility & Volume of Business Handling all Banks (including Nationalized/Private & Foreign Bank) for Tie Up to Promote our Projects Meeting Real Estate Association & CREDAI Meetings on a Regular Basis to improve the Business Training the Sales Team & Channel Partners in Increase the Productivity on a frequent basis to update the Products & Schemes.
- Supervising & monitoring the customer care operations.
