General Manager - Sales - Real Estate (2-6 yrs)

We're hiring a General Manager for our client.

Qualification: Graduate (Preferably in Marketing)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Work type: Work from office

Working days: 6 days a week

Preferred: :(Male / Female)

Roles and responsibilities:

- Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team.

- Developing, enhancing, and implementing comprehensive sales strategies and other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets and achieve targeted sales.

- Aggressively driving Sales Planning, Forecasting and Sales and Customer Service Management

- Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques and schemes

- Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities to fully fill all customer expectations, i.e., keeping abreast with competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc.

- Educating the client with market trends and keeping them aware of rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties.

- To scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, and prepare and implement growth plans.

- Delivering targeted top lines as per the project business plan by meeting sales targets.

- Delivering a positive customer experience to a distinguished client base

- Implement a mechanism for evaluation and categorization of channel partners

- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales inquiries, methods, and results.

- Oversee the development and management of internal sales operations and processes.

- Regular analysis of sales trends and coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.

- Proposing and implementing sales promotion activities for the project.

- Participating in negotiations and bringing deals to a close.

Desired candidate :

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in people management.

- Adaptive to different / rapidly changing circumstances

- Good people management skills

- Strong communication and public speaking ability
