General Manager - Sales - Real Estate (12-20 yrs)
Candidates from Real Estate Companies working at Banglore or willing to relocate to Banglore, would be preferred.
A Premium MBA candidates preferred. Job Description : Responsible for sales of Ultra Luxury premium projects, located in Chennai City. To retain / acquire new retail HNI & NRI clients in the specified regions/ markets .
- High Degree of Business Development Orientation. Manage HNI Client acquisition by way of campaigns and Lead Generation activities ( Domestic & International). Excellent incentive scheme for high performance.
Candidate Profile :
- Smart P.G, having 15-20 Years minimum sales experience in selling high range residential/Wealth Management/HNI Investments.
- Experience in selling Apartments / Flats / Villas in Chennai and Suburbs in reputed Real Estate Company.
- A Self-driven, well groomed, results-oriented professional with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality business & profitability.
- A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with HNI & NRI customers and clients.
- Go-getter in Sales, Self starter in accomplishing the given tasks and Target oriented. Mobile and willing to travel extensively both domestically and Internationally ( Currently holding valid passport).
- Available to start immediately. Must possess excellent presentation and MS Office skills.
- The candidate must be highly energetic, savvy, and professional with proven competencies in learning new products and services, new markets, new verticals and should have made a significant business impact / transformation in the previous assignments.
- The identified candidate should take care of Overall Sales Functions at Bangalore.
- Discuss, Agree Upon and Fulfill Quantitative Targets with Management at the time of beginning of the project, quarterly and annually.
- Recruit and manage the Sales Team over the period for all the projects at Bangalore.
- Responsibility and Ownership of Clients at Bangalore Projects.
- 20% to 25% Customer Margin Money Collection Target shall vest with the Sales Team Only, thereafter post collection of the same, handover the same to CRM team for further co-ordination.Submit Independent Research Report for the Proposed Acquisitions from Sales Point of View with regard to Size, Price, Type of Project, Amenities / Facilities Required to enable the Management and the Design Team take final decision on the said acquisition.
