Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare & execute sales strategy for achieving the assigned business targets
- Getting new clients on board, account management and expansion in the assigned region
- Maintaining a relationship with channel partners, investors for presenting them new investment options for our residential/commercial projects in Noida
- Resource planning and forecasting to achieve targets and monitor channel performance
- Enroll, train and motivate new channel partners and promote the existing ones
- Positioning of the projects, projecting revenue and analyzing profit to do ongoing basis market research and pricing to achieve sales and collection targets set for each financial year
- Strategize for new product positioning & launch, develop marketing budget & sales flow in consultation with the top management
- Maximize sales revenue and projects profitability across all the projects and minimizes business risks
- Conceptualize and implement new schemes & promotional offers in order to increase the sales velocity
- Guides in preparation of sales pitches for own and sales team to close maximum transactions
- Manage direct sales through a large team of young & middle level sales professionals
- Maintain cordial relations with all internal & external stakeholders and manage their expectations
- Review and ensure proper execution & documentation of application, agreements and allotments
- Oversee team for effective liaison with banks and financial institutions to provide faster processing of loans and structuring financing options for the customers
- Work closely with cross-functional vertical leaders in the formulation and execution of sales strategy, identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions
An Ideal Candidate should :
- Should have managed large sales/BD teams as city/state head.
- Monitor, coach and mentor team members to ensure high levels of competence in the team
- Meet and build relationships with key accounts (agencies and clients)
- Should have network of channel partners in Noida & ability to maintain excellent trade relations through team.
- Should have knowledge of market trends, competitive analysis, adept at implementing strategies & eager to grow financially.
Required Skills/Experience
- MBA from a reputed Institutes
- Min 10 to 15 years of experience in real estate
- Excellent communication, managerial and negotiating skills
- Problem solving skills, strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to work on deadline driven work environment
Working Days : 5 Days a Week
