General Manager - Sales/Modern Trade - FMCG (18-20 yrs)
- Responsible for growth of Modern Trade Business across the country; State wise for Beverage, Confectionary & Packaged Drinking Water
- Increase market share state wise; build & retain Modern Trade Accounts in each State
- Execute marketing & display initiatives for various brands
- Recruit, Develop & retain quality manpower for coverage of Modern Trade universe - State wise including all self-service stores
- Establish new foundation & distributor network for high serviceability of modern trade
- Direct the Business Development team wrt sales targets brand-wise, pack-wise as per ABP; help team in achieving targets geographically, monthly & weekly
- Motivate Business Development team to establish coverage, distribution & display in line with ABP
- Analyze Stock availability based on secondary sales in Modern Trade to have complete control on inventory at various stores; ensure zero stock-outs at any point in time
- Dynamic sales forecasting for stock requirement; coordinate with Logistics
- Conduct regular review meetings for efficient working of team; track accounts regularly, update on market developments & opportunities in Modern Trade
- Regularly financial review with Accounts for healthy top & bottom line as per budgets
- Coordination with Accounts, Logistics, C&Fs, SDM & SME etc
