General Manager - Sales & Marketing - Real Estate (10-15 yrs)
We have urgent openings for the position of General Manager (sales & Marketing) in one of the Real Estate company.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
SALES
- Develop business plans and sales strategy to ensure attainment of company sales goals & profitability
- Manage the sales team to deliver sales targets
- Conduct regular coaching and development with sales team
- Analyse competitor pricing and product development and report to management
- Collect feedback from customers and work with R&D team on product developments/improvement
ACQUISITION MARKETING
- Develop and execute strategy for customer acquisition marketing across multiple channels to deliver on the Company's sales growth objectives.
- Ensure the effective integration of web, search, social media and applicable digital strategies and channels into marketing programs
- Measure, analyse and report all results to ensure all activity meets agreed business requirements and objectives, and ensure learnings are captured for future initiatives
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to compliance requirements and external regulations.
RETENTION MARKETING
- Develop customer impacting initiatives across the company to ensure that they result in a coherent, positive customer experience that will support retention and loyalty
- Identify areas of customer improvement
- Evaluate the customer service experience
- Develop and implement customer feedback programs to understand reasons for customer attrition
BRAND & DESIGN
- Develop company brand image in the global marketplace
- Manage sponsorship opportunities
- Manage presence at events and conferences
INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
- Develop internal communications templates and style guides to ensure consistency of messaging and Brand
- Brochures Designing GENERAL
- Prepare Board Reports for Marketing and Sales
JOB SPECIFICATIONS :
- RELEVANT EXPERIENCE -10 + Years (In Real Estate)
- CTC - 8 L - 12L (Negotiable)
