General Manager - Sales & Marketing - Real Estate (10-13 yrs)

Job purpose
Responsible for managing overall Marketing & Sales.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Design relevant marketing and sales strategy related to commercials projects.
2. Promote and enhance the brand and brand image.
3. Liaison with customer service in order to enhance the reputation of the company, increase profitability and to achieve customer satisfaction.
4. Market research and competitor analysis.
5. Make a demonstrable contribution towards the company's program of continuous improvement.
6. Candidates should have had hands-on experience on commercials launches, using marketing channels to create qualitative - quantitative value for the brand, anchoring research & consumer insights, exposure to brand management practices, proven marketing strategy execution capabilities.
7. Ensure the sales team is fully resourced and well-directed, with clear guidelines for their own job responsibilities, and are provided with full support in achieving these, in terms of communication, training, and development, and the organization of the department's workload.
8. Should have knowledge of recent amendments in Real Estate Bill such as RERA & REIT

Qualifications
The candidate must be an MBA (Marketing) from reputed college.
The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercials project.
Experiences of Adventure Park/ Gaming is a must.

Working days: 6 days and 3rd Saturday is an off
