General Manager - Sales & Marketing (15-20 yrs)
Job Description:
To head Global Marketing & Sales team of Modutec. Responsible for strategy, empowering systems & nurturing the Team. To deliver in meeting & beating business targets.

Candidate Competencies :
- Good knowledge on Switchboards, Sheet Steel Enclosures and their applications.
- Awareness of the market, local & global, the competition and the opportunities.
- Ability to conduct an event, give a presentation and hold audience attention.
- Thought leader in marketing strategies, positioning and relationship building.
- Capable of leading a team into Sales, Digital Marketing, Communications etc.
- Willing to travel overseas & nationally to meet Customers as required.
- Lead consultative selling & understanding needs, desires & aspirations of Customers.
Candidate Commitment :
- To belong, be responsible and come from a space of taking total ownership for Organizational goals.
- The responsibility has to be seen as 60% strategic in role and 40% operational.
- To be a team player, people builder with excellent leadership skills.
Experience & domain expertise :
- 15 + years of overall experience with at least 10+ years in the Enclosure / Switchboard space.
- The candidate should be exposed to IEC 61439 Standards, familiar with MCCs, PCCs & be aware of the nuances of modular enclosures.
- To be excellent in spoken and written English and preferably in Hindi & other languages too.
- Male candidate preferred.
