- Responsible for achieving business objectives through strategic planning and execution.

- Must have handled a team of 50 to 60 people.

- To head the sales operations of a luxury automobile dealership with coverage of UP & UK & sales analysis for Target achievement

- Ensuring employees understand the business needs and work towards the achievement of goals

- To motivate their agents/team to close sales.

- Experience in Luxury Vehicles Sales.

- Understand the business and business objectives.
