General Manager - Sales - Jewellery (5-10 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Jewellery Store Manager/General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of our jewellery retail operations. The ideal candidate shall possess a passion for jewellery, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.
Responsibilities
1.Leadership and Team Management: Provide strong leadership and direction to all store staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Set clear expectations, goals, and targets for the team and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support their professional growth and development.
2.Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
3.Customer Service Excellence : ensure that all customers receive an outstanding and personalized shopping experience. Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
