General Manager - Sales - Instrumentation (10-18 yrs)
- Should map potential customers and generate leads.
- Responsible for brand promotion and lead conversions.
- Manage and build client relationships. Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
- Ensures effective control of marketing results and maintenance of designated budgets.
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
- Client Presentations and meetings.
- Researching and developing new business prospects.
- Drive activities that increase business prospects. (Enlistments and Approvals)
- Oversees and evaluates market research in terms of Product, Price and Promotion.
- A strong interest in business development and performance marketing.
- Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail
Qualification & Specialization
- Minimum 10 years- experience working in Instrumentation and Control field with progressive management experience.
- Relevant industry experience in Pressure/Temperature/Level/Flow measurement organization is a plus
Education Qualification :
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Master's degree in sales, marketing or business administration is strongly recommended.
